Don't miss this fantastic experience! Spend an afternoon at Brendan Guinan's chemical-free Fiorbhia Farm in Portlaoise, where you'll embark on an exciting mushroom hunt led by Nicole. Discover how to identify various edible and poisonous mushrooms while Brendan shares insights on regenerative farming practices—perfect for nature lovers and foodies alike! Join us for this enriching adventure in Ireland's wilds, where learning and lunch go hand in hand. Lunch will be provided, Mushroom soup with fresh herbs, cooked on an open fire, Autumn fruit crumble with cream, herbal tea. You will have a chance to buy some of Brendan's award winning fresh produce and Nicole's herbal remedies. Please dress for the weather, waterproof footwear, bring a bottle of water, we will look after the rest. Looking forward to seeing you on the day Nicole and Brendan.
